Janmashtami, the festival that signifies the birth of Lord Krishna was celebrated with zeal and gaiety. The tiny tots dressed as Kanha and Radha looked adorable in their ethnic attire. “Bal Gopal” in his beautifully decorated palna was a visual treat.

The well choreographed dance by the children on the melodious tune of “Chotti chotti gaiyan….” was appreciated by everyone.

The dahi handi which the little Kanhas tried to break made them relate to the mischievous and lovable nature of Krishna.

The celebration culminated with the distribution of Prasad, relished by one and all.

The little ones carried home the colourful flutes made by them at home.
